Corporate events succeed or fail in the first ten minutes. If the room feels intentional — the lighting is warm, the sound is clean, the seating is inviting — your speakers get a friendlier audience for the rest of the day.
Staging
Raise the stage even if the room is flat. A 40cm rise dramatically improves sightlines from row six back. Keep the stage depth generous — 3m minimum — so panellists don't feel perched.
Lighting
Two front washes at eye level, colour-corrected to 3200K. Kill overhead fluorescents; they age the room and flatten every face on camera.
Sound
One lavalier per speaker, one handheld backup, one dedicated Q&A mic on a stand near the audience. Never share a mic in a hybrid room.
